From the following menu you can choose your own lunch and dinner menu for your seminar.

Lunch

Starters

  • Fresh homemade soup
  • Croquette with prawns or cheese and garnish
  • Quiche with bacon and leak
  • Peach filled with a tuna mousse
  • Mozzarella cheese with tomatoes and basil

Main

  • Buffet with bread with different salads, fish and assorted sliced cold meats (no starter)
  • Wraps filled with the filling of your choice: Fish, meat or vegetarian with an adapted sauce
  • Chicken filet in bread crumb Milanese with tagliatelle
  • Homemade lasagna
  • Prawns (5 pieces) with pilav rice and a soft curry sauce
  • Steak with French fries and a béarnaise sauce
  • Chicory and ham rolls in cheese sauce with an Emmenthaler cheese cover

Afters

  • Fresh fruit salade
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Ice cream

Diner

The following menu suggests some possibilities: These can be changed, depending on the season. You are not obliged to choose a menu. In that case, we serve you a seasonal day menu. If you chose for a menu, it counts for the whole group. Exceptions can be made for special diets and vegetarians.

  • Scallops with parsnip and mixed salad with lime
  • Crispy skin bass with celeriac puree and rocket salad
  • Sweetbread with leak and a Porto reduction
  • Polder potatoes with grey shrimps

Main

  • Sole & salmon medallion with asparagus and a potato garnish
  • Braised brill with savoy and Noilly Prat sauce
  • Venison filet with garnish and rösti potatoes
  • Grilled ribs with hot tomatoes and Cajun potato

Afters

  • Warm pineapple with vanilla sauce
  • Pouch with fresh seasonal fruit and coulis
  • White chocolate mousse and goat cheese with radish
  • Fresh pastry
